		<description>You know I hadn&#039;t thought about dropping Puncture since there are all of these new rage changes.  It&#039;s just so ingrained in my psyche to pick it up that I never ever, ever thought of it.  Thanks for those ideas, guys.</description>

One point left over, not sure what to do with it.
Cruelty for some crit
Spell reflect for some more chance to survive evil dragons breath
Puncture for Lower Cost
Heroic Strike for Less Strike Cost

I guess it depends on what is needed. I suggest all tanks, even offtanks, keep 5 parry though, with the chance to defense and the higher diminishing returns on avoidance.</description>
